Top 13 Reasons for PF Claim Rejected 2023





1. Wrong Bank Account Number :
Your Final Claim will be rejected if there is any mistake in the Customer Account Number or IFSC Code linked to your UAN.

2. Bank Check Leaf :
If your name is not printed on the Bank Check Leaf you upload while applying for Final Claim, it will be rejected.

So only Name Printed Check Leaf should be uploaded.

 

3.Bank Passbook Problem

A. If your name is wrongly printed in the Bank Passbook you upload while applying for Final Claim, Name Miss Mach will occur and your Claim will be rejected.

B. If the Account No, IFSC Code printed in your Bank Passbook is not clear, it will be rejected.

C. Your Bank Passbook without Bank Manager’s signature will be rejected.

D. Similarly, your claim may be rejected if more than one print of your Bank Passbook has been printed




 

4.Previous Company Transfer Pending

If you have worked for two or more founders then you should transfer it to the company where you worked last and claim it after the transfer.

If you make a claim before that, your claim will be rejected.

 

5.Total PF Balance Above 50,000 (15G not upload)

If the total amount of Employee & Employer Share in your PF Account is more than 50,000 then you have to upload pan no and Form 15G. If you do not upload it then your claim will be rejected.

 

6. Adhar Card Husband / Fathers Name Correction:

If your father or husband’s name has been changed in your Aadhaar card after linking your Aadhaar to your PF account, your claim may be rejected.




7.Claim PDF File Not Open:

Your Final Claim Application Form PDF file sometimes gets rejected if it doesn’t open due to technical problem.

 

8.Upload Bank Passbook or Check Leaf Not Clear

Your Upload Documents Bank Passbook (or) Check Leaf will be rejected if it is not clear.




9.Insufficient Service:

In case of lack of experience in the last company, it will be rejected.

 

10. Contribution Missing :

Contribution Deposit must be made in your PF Account every month without fail if Contribution Deposit is not made for one or two months then your PF Claim will be rejected.

To correct this, you need to get a Clarification Letter from your source and submit it to the PF office (as to why Contribution deposit was not made) and then apply again for PF Claim.

 

11.Double Time Contribution Deposited:

Similarly, your PF Claim will be rejected even if contribution has been deposited twice in a month in your PF Account.

To correct this, you should get a Clarification Letter from your source and submit it to the PF office (for what reason the contribution was deposited twice) and then apply again for the PF Claim.

 

13. Contribution Wrong Entry:

For example, if the contribution money to be deposited in the 9th month is mistakenly deposited by the employer as 10th month, your claim will be rejected.

To correct this, you need to get a Clarification Letter from your source and submit it to the PF office (for what reason the contribution deposit was wrongly specified and deposited) and then apply again for the PF Claim.
